How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pet Psychic. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Pet Psychic, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos where your pet's face is visible work best. The AI analyzes their expression to create a personalized reading, so the clearer the photo, the better the result!
